Chinda said that some unrepentant cultists in Ogba/Egbeme/Ndoni Local Government Area of the state were disappointing the absolution program.
He said pioneers of the Iceland Cult assemble in Obiozimini and others in Egi arrive, Ogba/Egbeme/Ndoni Local Government Area, were unwilling to acknowledge the pardon.
Chinda, who is additionally Chairman of the Rivers Amnesty Committee, said all cultists yet to grasp the reprieve offer have just 48 hours to do as such.
