Prof. Martin Aghaji, an ex Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon in the Department of Surgery, University Of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), Enugu, was on Monday summoned by the ICPC under the watchful eye of a Federal High court for a few acts of neglect.
