Government warns against indiscriminate disposal of wastes
Lagos State Government on Saturday cautioned the occupants of the state against building structures on the channels and unpredictable transfer of squanders.Mr Babatunde Hunpe, the Special Adviser to Gov. Akinwumi Ambode on Environment, gave the notice amid the month to month ecological sanitation in Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area of the state.
He likewise cautioned the individuals who manufactured structures on the waste channels to expel them promptly, encouraging that channels in the territory would be re-diverted with the expectation of complimentary stream of water.
