The Police Command in Ondo State on Thursday said it has saved a four-year-old young lady who was confined like a "distraught pooch" in a stand at a neighborhood group in Akure, the Ondo State capital.The young lady, recognized by the police, was saved by the work force connected to the Juvenile Welfare Center (JVC) of the summon.
