George included, "Agbaje realizes what is correct. My recommendation is that he ought to venture down. He ought to comply with his senior citizens. As a Christian, we ought to have the trepidation of God. On the off chance that he demands challenging, I can't stop him. Give the choice a chance to be made by the agents at the tradition."

Responding in a meeting with our reporter on Saturday, Agbaje said he had awesome appreciation for George.

Agbaje, who talked through his representative, Mr. Felix Oboagwina, said he was not a traitor as being asserted, adding that he chose to challenge the decision in the national interest.

He said, "For Jimi Agbaje, the national chairmanship position was never his desire. He never tried to it. The partners concluded that they required somebody who might not need to manage a notoriety emergency and they picked Agbaje.

"Agbaje never deceived Chief Bode George. He is not a traitor. He has all the admiration for George yet this is past genuine associates; this is past Lagos State. He is challenging in the national interest. The gathering has made a level playing field. Give the best man a chance to win."
