Unknown Gunmen Assassinate Former PDP Local Gov't Chairman In Ondo State
Unknown shooters before today killed a previous nearby government overseer board of trustees executive of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State, Niyi Pirisola.Mr. Pirisola was "gunned down" in the early hours of Friday.
"He was killed in the early hours of today (Friday) at around 3:00 am while coming back from a branch of Celestial Church Of Christ at Ilutuntun in the place where he grew up," the source said.
The source further said the residency of the expired and the administrator of the neighborhood "wicked viciousness".
A cop in the town additionally affirmed the news to our reporter in the telephone.
"Yes, he was killed by yet to be distinguished shooters and his body has been kept at the Okitipupa General Hospital.
"We (Police) have started our examination concerning the homicide case by grilling individuals from his family, " the officer said.
