A police source clarified that Banjoko, who saw that his phone line had been blocked, took it to a telecoms focus, where it was reactivated.

The police said the offense was culpable under areas 409 and 285 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011
The litigants argued not blameworthy to the charge.
The justice, Mrs. O.A. Erinle, conceded them to safeguard in the whole of N800,000 with two sureties in like total.
