Fire destroys market in Ibadan
An early morning fire episode on Sunday leveled a few sections of Araromi Market at Agodi Gate, Ibadan, where utilized tires and engine parts worth over N10 million were demolished.
Mr Abdul Azeez Ojo, Chairman of the market, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) that the inferno started at around 5.30 a.m.
As indicated by him, the Fire Service was cautioned and they reacted instantly.
Ojo, notwithstanding, said a sizeable number of shops outfitted with tires and different products were leveled before the landing of the fire contenders at around 6 a.m.
