Free Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has engaged President Muhammadu Buhari and Ministry of Petroleum Resources to mediate in the non-installment of over #7b spanning discount by Petroleum Equalization Fund Board its individuals acquired while transporting items.
