"He is the one continually changing the objective post. My dread is that he may not be in entire control of the circumstance on his side, in light of the fact that there are diverse individuals with various interests. Also, if their interests are not served, which might be confined, they won't give space for peace.

"Along these lines, if that is the situation, how would you take a seat and make peace, trusting that you have tackled the issue and just for the following day, you see that the issue is still there," the previous Kaduna State representative uncovered.

The overseer executive further uncovered that the two camps consented to set up equivalent number of gathering men and ladies that would take a seat to take a gander at the methodology of determining the issues.

Makarfi said: "At first, the panel was to be comprised of twelve from both sides, later Ali Modu Sheriff thought we ought to extend it to 14, 14. We said it was a smart thought. Later, I communicated something specific that we expected to extend it to 15 – 15 on the grounds that, rather than two governors, we needed to incorporate three governors keeping in mind the end goal to convey everyone along.

"That was the manner by which we hit the figure 15 - 15. What's more, the issue was who to seat the board of trustees and the terms of reference. As I would see it, I thought the individual who could meet us without debate, ought to have the capacity to seat the council. Modu Sherrif proposed previous President Goodluck Jonathan. We said that he shouldn't be dragged into it; all the more in this way, we don't know how it will wind up. On the off chance that it winds up well, fine and well. Assuming it doesn't wind up well, you would have prevailing with regards to cutting down his stature as the prompt past President."
