The reconstituted Appeal Court board drove by Justice Ibrahim Salauwa, set up to hear cases emerging from the Peoples Democratic Party governorship competitor tussle in Ondo, started hearing on Friday morning. Wole Olanipekun SAN drove Ife Adedipe SAN, Dayo Akinlaja SAN and 17 different legal counselors to show up for Eyitayo Jegede and Clement Faboyede, while Bei Nwofor SAN, drove 5 different attorneys to show up for Biyi Poroye and others, Nelson Anih for INEC, Ajibola Oluyede, for eleventh respondent, the Ali Modu Sheriff group of the PDP. Olanipekun looked for the Court authorization to pull back and disapprove the interest CA/A/551A/2016 recorded by Faboyede against Poroye/Ibrahim in October, which was not restricted by different respondents and accordingly expelled by Justice Salauwa. On the second interest between Ahmed Markarfi and Biyi Poroye and others, in the wake of listening to contention by advice, Justice Salauwa deferred the case till Monday seventh November 2016 for further hearing. Equity Salauwa similarly dismissed till Monday 9am, the third interest which is Eyitayo Jegede versus Biyi Poroye and others in spite of Olanipekun request that the matter ought to be heard with the truly necessary increasing speed in perspective of the current direness. The fourth interest between Ahmed Markarfi versus Biyi Poroye was likewise deferred.
