"Since he is back and solid, he requested that the SGF go and discharge the rundown. Thus, the new SGF did what he was requested to do. There is not all that much or unprecedented about what has happened.
"In the event that a rundown was arranged like more than two years back, clearly a few people would have kicked the bucket. It's not possible for anyone to prevent that from happening.
"Whoever is dead will be supplanted. There is nothing exceptional about it."
Mustapha had in an announcement demonstrated that the arrangements produced quick results.
